How To Test A Power Supply Unit (PSU)? In this part 2 of the computer troubleshoot a computer series, HealMyTech is going to "Troubleshoot A Computer Not Turning On" Or " A Pc Which Turns On But No Display On Monitor" with "led lights on and fans spinning".
This part 2 video deals with power issues, more specifically the Power Supply Unit (PSU). To properly test it, you should make sure that the mains and power cable are working ok by either plugging the cable into a known working device, or using a digital multimeter to test for AC voltage.
You also need to make sure that the case, front panel power button and Power Switch cable that connects to the motherboard is working, and we cover this is part 1 of the Troubleshoot series, details below and in card above.
